You will receive up to $320 for completing the entire study. We utilize a payment partner, Tremendous, to distribute our electronic rewards. When a reward it ready to be redeemed, you will receive a payment email from rewards@tremendous.com. You will asked to click on a link and select the form of payment of your choosing (ex. giftcard, direct deposit, etc).

Compensation Schedule:

You will be sent your first $25 within 4 weeks of completing the pre-enrollment study activities (initial survey and remote telehealth assessment)

You will be sent $30 within 4 weeks of enrolling in the study (connecting your Fitbit and downloading the mobile study apps)

After you’ve enrolled in the study, compensation will be sent at 2 timepoints. You will be sent any compensation that you earned within 4 weeks of completing the first half of the study (3 months). You will receive the remainder of your earned compensation for completed study activities at the end of the study (within 4 weeks of completing the study). Compensation for the blood draw will be included in the final round of compensation.
