Scheduling an Appointment

1. Schedule Appointment: ExamOne will call you to ask about your availability for an at-home blood draw with a phlebotomist in your area. They will call you at the phone number you provided. Appointments can be scheduled for Monday-Thursday between 6 AM - 1 PM. If you need to schedule an appointment outside these times, please contact Achievement Studies at [phone] so we can help accommodate your schedule.

2. Receive blood draw kit: You will receive a blood draw kit prior to your visit. Please make sure to read the storage instructions below.

3. Store your kit: Please do not open the kit until your appointment. Store the kit in a place that is temperature controlled, like indoors in a cabinet or closet (not on top of heater or window). The kit should not be exposed to warm temperatures. If your kit is accidentally exposed to warm temperatures, please contact Achievement Studies at [phone] to let us know.

4. Appointment reminder: The ExamOne phlebotomist will call you 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm.

Rescheduling an Appointment
