RescueTime App Overview

The RescueTime App is used for passive data collection about how you are using your mobile device. The RescueTime app should be connected to your Study Dashboard to participate in the study. Please make sure you download the RescueTime app and create your account using your mobile phone. Do not use your laptop or computer to create your account. *If you receive a promotional email asking you to download RescueTime on your laptop or computer, please disregard this message.*  Things to Know: You will only need to download and use the free version of the app for the study. In order for RescueTime to capture data accurately on your phone, you will be asked to open this app at least once a day.  This app will need to remain open and running in the background of your phone throughout the study.
